Delivery FAQ

Q : How much is delivery ?
A : It's based on the weight of your order. If you put everything you need in your basket, our checkout will show the postage cost. Most small orders have a charge of £3.99

Q : When will you send my order ?
A : Orders received before 12 noon, Monday - Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders received on a bank / public holiday or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Q : How long does it take for delivery ?
A : Orders sent with the Royal Mail's "24" service normally take 1-2 working days (despite the name, it's not a guaranteed service). Orders sent with the Royal Mail's "48" service normally take 2-3 working days (despite the name, it's not a guaranteed service). We recommend that you don't book fitters or tradesmen until you've received your order and checked it over.

Q : What countries do you ship to ?
A : England, Wales, Scotland (including highlands and islands) & Northern Ireland.

Q : Can you ship to another country, that's not listed above ?
A : Sorry, no.

Q : What courier do you use ?
A : We normally use the Royal Mail (founded in 1516 by King Henry VIII), except for larger or heavy orders which go by courier.
