Specification

Brass outside tap / hose union bib tap with built in wall plate elbow / backplate.

The wall plate has a compression inlet connection for 15mm copper or plastic pipe.

The tap outlet is suitable for standard garden hose pipe, or it can be replaced with a quick connect hozelock type fitting (available separately).

Advantages over standard outside tap :

  • No need for separate wall plate elbow.
  • No joint needed between tap and elbow.
  • Already lined up in perfect vertical position.

Buy this one, not the one with the separate wall plate union!

Never had any success with the other versions of outside taps. They always end up pointing in a funny direction. So get this one instead, just screw securely to the wall or to a wooden batten and connect the pipework as normal. No issues, and it has a normal tap washer inside that you can replace if necessary. Perfect replacement

Bought online after searching a few local shops to replace my old outside tap which was leaking. Could not replace washer as tap had seized.
