Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Basket' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All orders can be paid for using your Paypal account or credit card.
Shipping and handling
Postage charges are based on the total weight of your order. Put items in your shopping basket to see a postage estimate (you can always take them back out).
Orders received before 12 noon Monday - Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders received on a bank / public holiday or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day. As soon as the order has been despatched we will confirm this to you via email.
We normally use Royal Mail, though larger orders may be sent with a courier service (could take a couple of days).
Tax charges
VAT is included in all purchases. We are UK VAT registered and a VAT receipt will be included with your order.
Damaged goods
If you receive an order which has damaged or defective goods please contact us as soon as possible. This should be within 2 working days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
Returns policy
We are happy to accept your return and will refund you for the amount of the items purchased if you:
- Return the goods with their original packaging and in an unopened/as new condition.
- Include your packing slip and/or order number.
- Return your items within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery to:

NOTE: Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Suitability of goods
Only qualified persons should work with plumbing and electricity.
We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with appropriate manufacturers before ordering.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
As a result of continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary.
