This brass thread adaptor connects modern 3/4 inch BSP (Hozelock / Gardena type) garden hose pipe quick connect fittings to the outlet of your older outside tap.

Both ends of the connector have a male 3/4 inch BSP outer thread. One end has a 5/8 inch BSP female inner thread (rare size), the other a 1/2 inch BSP female inner thread.

Great for old hose union bib taps with the less common 1/2 or 5/8 inch BSP size outlet threads.

End to end 5* service. Very Helpful telephone advice to make sure the older outside tap brass conversion was the correct one (searched all over to find one). Good robust brass quality and matching plastic hose splitter is great quality with good sized large and easily used on/off levers for older fingers. Much Better than others on market. Having searched many websites and on the point of giving up on finding a connector for our old outdoor tap, I found one on the Stevenson website, complete with measurement instructions and a link to a 5/8 connector. Thank you to Stevenson’s for the very prompt delivery of this perfect fitting. After trying unsuccessfully to replace an existing worn out BSP thread plastic connector we spotted this brass fitting in Stevenson’s website.
